About the position

The Assistant Manager - Airport Operations Ramp Service is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of ramp activities at the Hub station. This role focuses on ensuring safety, performance, customer service, and employee engagement while maintaining a strong Core4 culture. The Assistant Manager will lead operational plans, manage personnel, and develop administrative practices to support service, safety, financial, and employee relations metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of Ramp activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Lead execution of operational plans in support of station objectives.
• Manage performance metrics related to station operations.
• Promote positive employee relations and development.
• Support achievement of cost and revenue goals.
• Lead and develop a team of Supervisors.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2-4 years leadership experience in an airport operations environment.
• 1-2 years in line station or Hub operational experience.
• Previous experience leading in a union environment.
• Ability to work weekends and shift work.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.

Nice-to-haves

• College Degree or related field experience in an airline operational environment.
• Project Management Experience.
