Responsibilities
- Oversee training, evaluate training results, and meet company goals.
- Oversee the reporting of daily and weekly training efforts, operational goals, and results.
- Train and schedule for success.
- Maintain a professional, safe, and fun environment.
- Hold employees accountable to being productive, efficient, and safe.
- Manage recruitment inside the store, training, and assist with employee assessments.
- Ensure staff follows health protocols and safety protocols.
- Prepare reports for upper management and corporate staff.
- Coaching and training oversight.
- Tracking individual performance.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work legally in the United States.
- Must be twenty-one years of age.
- Preferred: Previous Manager experience in QSR or Hospitality.
