About the position

Tricolor Holdings is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As an integrated retail and financial services company, we focus on providing vehicle sales and financing to the Hispanic community across several states including Texas, California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in driving the store's growth through used vehicle sales, ensuring a positive customer experience, and fostering relationships with both customers and local partners. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying buyers, listening to their needs, and providing tailored solutions to their car buying requirements. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets, manage and coach team members, and enforce compliance with Tricolor's sales processes. Your ability to maintain knowledge of incoming inventory and its benefits to customers will be essential in ensuring a seamless sales experience. The Assistant Manager will also oversee the management of customer files, ensuring compliance with state and federal privacy laws, and maintaining the store's appearance in line with merchandising protocols. You will attend training and sales meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the store. Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets by managing, coaching and training the sales team to achieve optimum performance for the store.
  • Enforce Tricolor's sales process and compliance.
  • Work with sales associates to close transactions successfully.
  • Maintain knowledge of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they will benefit customers.
  • Ensure the timely receipt, validity, and delivery of all title-related documents.
  • Manage customer files and protect customer information in compliance with state and federal privacy laws and Company policy.
  • Maintain the store's 'customer-ready' appearance and follow merchandising protocols.
  • Attend training and sales meetings offered by the training department.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 3 or more years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
