Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with operations and marketing functions of the restaurant.
- Staff, train, and develop team members according to company guidelines.
- Ensure fast and friendly customer service and maintain a clean restaurant environment.
- Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality team members.
- Achieve financial objectives through effective management of people, product, service, and facility processes.
- Adhere to safety standards and company guidelines on vendor relationships.
- Assume duties of any hourly associate position as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Supervisory experience in the fast-food industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational understanding of POS software.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
