The Assistant Community Manager role is responsible for the overall functions of one of our properties, specifically at Cloverdale Plaza, an 180 unit affordable multi-family community in Bossier City, LA. This position will be underneath our community manager who will help lead and oversee a variety of functions at the property including: rental applications through HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit, rent collections, annual re certifications, compliance, filing, customer service, unit inspections, etc. The Assistant Community Manager will also help oversee and guide overall maintenance functions for the property to ensure curb appeal, unit turns, and work orders. Additionally, the Assistant Community Manager will help oversee and lead various office personnel such as the Leasing Agent.

Requirements

  • Previous working experience in affordable housing is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service/sales is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience in an office setting using Microsoft Office products is preferred.

Responsibilities
