The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values.
• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with Braum's store policies and practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver License.
