About the position

The Assistant Manager, Digital Advertising and Marketing for Powersports at Honda is responsible for leading the coordination and implementation of digital strategies across various divisions to achieve business goals. This role involves directing staff, managing resources, and developing content strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales through digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and implementation of PS&P Advertising and Marketing digital strategies.
  • Direct assigned staff to ensure growth and performance, maintaining expected output and supporting business initiatives.
  • Manage resources within designated limits and promote communication of strategies and results to associates and management.
  • Create overall PS&P advertising and marketing digital strategy utilizing internal and external resources.
  • Develop and implement strategy for PS&P brand websites to engage customers and drive lead generation.
  • Create content strategies for PS&P social media to build brand preference and loyalty, driving customers to the brand website and dealers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 12+ years of experience with a degree or 10-12 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in direct supervision of teams comprising multiple people.
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and budgets.
  • Effective communication and motivation skills with associates.
  • Good planning, implementation, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze Honda and competitor's situations to develop plans.
  • Strong decision-making ability and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex media data reporting and adjust plans accordingly.
