About the position

As an Assistant Manager at Dandy Mini Marts, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager and leading your team in a fast-paced and fun work environment. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will be prepared to take on their responsibilities, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and positivity for your TEAM members.
• Provide excellent customer service for guests in all areas of their Dandy experience.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, and training.
• Prepare to cover any and/or all Store Manager responsibilities in the event of the Store Manager's absence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Two years experience in the retail industry preferred.
