About the position
The Assistant Manager at Cupbop will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations at the Fashion Place Mall location. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience in a fun and rapidly expanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Serve and portion food bowls
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
- Lift up to 40lbs as needed
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in restaurant management or food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
