The role contributes to the establishment of strategies and plans, and implements business objectives. The candidate will work with management to observe and learn to manage and allocate financial and employee resources. Under the direction of management, the candidate will be involved in selecting, coaching, and developing employees and assist with management of employee salaries. The role also involves learning how to implement and support company programs and policies, and assisting managers in developing innovative leadership techniques that will improve the safety of each employee group and the quality of work each employee group performs in an effort to improve efficiencies.
