About the position

The Assistant Manager, Global Marketing at Tapestry, Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the Global Brand Marketing team in developing global campaigns and creating seasonal content for both retail and outlet brands. This position involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product stories and content needs, particularly for the Fall and Winter seasons. The individual will also assist in implementing marketing strategies for licensed products in the Eyewear and Fragrance categories, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Brand Marketing team in global campaign development and seasonal content creation.
  • Identify globally aligned product stories and anticipate regional content needs for seasonal shotlists.
  • Manage shotlist communication and feedback with international business units and sample procurement teams.
  • Maintain seasonal materials including product flows, store briefs, brand calendars, and styling guidance.
  • Assist in the implementation of Global Marketing strategies for licensed business across Eyewear and Fragrance categories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business needs and seasonal content creation.
  • Act as a key partner for global cross-functional teams including Global Creative Studio and Global Social.
  • Research industry trends to aid in brand development and cultural relevance.
  • Collect and synthesize consumer insights to inform strategic briefs.
  • Support the Sr. Manager of Global Marketing on ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in marketing with a fashion and/or retail background.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and interact with diverse individuals at all levels.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to anticipate issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Attention to design and an eye for impactful creative.
  • Efficiency in communicating through briefs, PowerPoints, and other document tools.
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
  • Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and timely response capabilities.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and interest in fashion and luxury.
