The Assistant Manager - Honda National Sales would support Honda in Post Production Options (PPO) sales objectives while maintaining high vehicle turn rates increasing American Honda's profitability. This role will lead the sales strategy with the S&PP department to balance production model mix between Dealer allocation, Zone business needs, company vehicle business, Fleet Management business, and Export business. The Assistant Manager will oversee the development of all reporting and ad hoc analysis and special project support as situations arise on a regular basis. Key accountabilities include leading Honda Post Production Options (PPO) sales strategy and new model implementation, managing APEX dealer allocation in coordination with the S&PP department to distribute vehicles effectively and equitably to all regions to achieve sales objectives, and managing market support distribution to assist Zone Sales Management with low inventory and top performing dealers. Additionally, this position will support dealers and field teams in building the AHM ecosystem.
