Responsibilities
- Assist in leading a small team of 10 - 15 employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and fun.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
- Assist in limited administrative work and perform quick checks on equipment.
- Train and develop employees at every position.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, including landscaping and equipment rooms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience required.
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
Nice-to-haves
- Restaurant management experience is ideal, with transferable skill sets from establishments like Outback Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, and others.
