About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager. This role involves showcasing available apartments, managing tenant relations, supporting property operations, and ensuring a smooth leasing process while exhibiting exceptional leadership qualities and providing legendary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and highlight the benefits of living in our community to potential residents.
• Prepare and manage leasing paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide exceptional service to current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including social media, online listings, and community events.
• Foster positive relationships with residents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Assist the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Help manage property budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including fair housing laws.

Requirements

• Ability to take initiative and lead by example, fostering a positive team environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing legendary service.
• Minimum of 2 years in property management or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

• Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
