About the position

The Assistant Manager (AM) at Little Caesars supports the General Manager in managing daily operations of a single or multi-unit store. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction, financial controls, and compliance across all shifts. The AM is accountable for store operations in the absence of the General Manager, focusing on increasing sales, profitability, and employee retention while working flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation of products for prompt customer delivery within established guidelines.
• Motivates and directs crew members to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service.
• Supervises and trains crew members and Assistant Managers on processes and policies.
• Assumes full responsibility for store profit and loss management by implementing market strategies and financial reporting.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations, food safety, and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstration of leadership skills.
• English language proficiency for clear communication and comprehension.
• Proficient math skills.
• Completed or willing to complete management certifications.
