• Sets attainable goals for sales and personnel development.
• Ensures security and loss prevention to minimize company shrink.
• Assists in recruiting and interviewing potential employees.
• Responsible for opening and closing store procedures including cash reconciliation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail leadership preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external individuals.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
