Responsibilities

• Model and lead a customer-first selling culture through effective routines and engagement behaviors.
• Assess and analyze business trends to identify and solve business opportunities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team aligned with company values.
• Support and maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training and accountability.
• Assist the Store Manager with timekeeping responsibilities, including scheduling and attendance management.
• Support recruiting and hiring responsibilities, including scheduling interviews and training.
• Maintain Loss Prevention routines to support profitability initiatives.
• Complete Direct Store Orders and validate proper receiving.
• Manage supply/fixture ordering and facilities maintenance issues.
• Validate, reconcile, and file all monthly paperwork.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred.
• Excellent customer experience behaviors and strong sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
