About the position

The Assistant Manager, Global Product Marketing at Too Faced will support the Global Product Marketing Team in developing and implementing product strategies to enhance the brand's story and drive growth. This role involves leading program development from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating global product strategies to various regions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building an innovative product pipeline strategy to support the brand's strategic direction.
• Partner with manager and teams to support building overall product, innovation, calendar, consumer, pricing and sampling strategy.
• Work with Regions to cascade and support all aspects of product marketing strategy.
• Assist and lead in daily project management of launches, developing strong working relationships with internal teams.
• Serve as daily contact for projects with cross-functional groups, ensuring timely development of programs.
• Provide support for recurring meetings to track status of all open programs.
• Lead cost sheet and SRP analysis, collaborating with various departments to optimize COGS.
• Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork for program execution.
• Collect and analyze sales trends and market intelligence to support launch processes.
• Conduct post-mortem and competitive analysis on relevant categories.
• Prepare and support materials for presentation of product marketing plans.

Requirements

• 4 years of related Marketing experience, preferably in beauty, CPG, or retail industries.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, passionate, and goal-oriented.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with a balance of analytical and creative thinking.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in industry competitive databases, including NPD Decision Key, Beaute, Euromonitor, and Tableau.
