About the position

The Assistant Manager Production will play a crucial role in the production operations of the company, working closely with the Manager to ensure that all production activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This position is based in Marion, TX, and is a full-time on-site role. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Experience with Japanese production methods, such as Kaizen and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of cost control and budget management.
  • Familiarity with automation, robotics, and machining processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business administration, is preferred.
