About the position

Collab Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support various initiatives within their food-focused startup studio. This role involves overseeing facility management, assisting with project launches, and providing operational support across multiple food-related ventures. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and utilization of the facilities while managing diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 10,000 sq ft shared commercial kitchen in Tempe.
• Manage the development of a new coworking space in Mesa.
• Assist with the launch of new projects, including a Premium Nut Brand and a Cookie Concept.
• Collaborate with a Food Network awarded chef on brand development and small-batch production.
• Explore bulk sales to wholesale accounts and develop new cookie concepts.
• Support an existing contract preparing 5,000 meals daily, ensuring smooth operations and quality control.
• Coordinate logistics, menu planning, and marketing efforts for a new Affordable Meal Prep Program.
