Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through maintenance and adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, schedule and cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager in talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A valid driver's license and ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
