Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model for team members and create an environment for exceptional customer service.
  • Handle difficult situations with customers professionally and humbly.
  • Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme's high standards.
  • Maintain shop organization and communicate with Support Center teams as needed.
  • Work with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and profitability.
  • Lead sales initiatives, including Hot Light times and suggestive selling.
  • Maximize efficiency in doughnut production and understand quality control procedures.
  • Inspect equipment and coordinate production schedules to meet guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the shop.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising shifts.
  • Help manage income and expense budgets and report sales information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Some college experience preferred.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Ability to manage and lead others effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Nice-to-haves

  • Completed some college education.
