Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store, including retail and food service areas.
• Ensure teams focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Promote sales growth through effective merchandise execution.
• Train and supervise team members to deliver world-class service.
• Implement and manage operational budgets and P&L statements.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of retail management experience in travel stops, convenience stores, or similar environments.
• Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million or more.
• Proficiency in deciphering budgets and P&L statements with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience supervising and training a team of 5-10 employees for at least 2 years.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid Driver's License.
