Responsibilities

  • Write and develop engaging and persuasive content across various channels including email, website, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Assess data and make recommendations to grow client segments or revenue areas.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of transportation marketing and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how to engage with MTA's diverse client types, including business partners and production companies.
  • Collaborate with sales and promotions teams to align content with strategic revenue generation goals.
  • Work with agency social, website, and press teams to ensure effective message delivery.
  • Research relevant information to support sales initiatives and promotional efforts.
  • Analyze past outreach efforts to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, preferably in marketing or business.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or sales promotion.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Highly disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of effective communication practices.
