About the position

The Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. This role involves managing rental agreements, prospecting new business, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The Assistant Manager will also oversee deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to maintain an inviting store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through 'white glove' service.
• Oversee safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products during deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment with a focus on customer and coworker satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
