About the position

The SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the online visibility and search engine performance of our brand. This position involves identifying consumer search trends and collaborating with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that captures this demand. The specialist will also be responsible for localizing content for both the .com site and app store to optimize for App Store Optimization (ASO). A key aspect of this role is working closely with the Digital Merchandising team to ensure that filter and header navigations reflect search behavior, enabling the indexation of important pages while avoiding duplicate content issues. In addition to content creation and localization, the SEO Specialist will focus on creating internal linking hierarchies that ensure proper indexation and authority flow to important product pages. Identifying page duplication and cannibalization issues will also be part of the responsibilities, requiring collaboration with the team to develop effective solutions. The role will involve measuring and reporting the results of SEO activities and specific projects, communicating these insights to wider stakeholders to inform decision-making processes. The SEO Specialist will also be expected to explain the impact of SEO on business objectives and work with brand marketing teams to ensure the SEO success of commercial and brand campaigns, as well as editorial content. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with global and market teams to create synergies, address opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Utilizing best practice toolsets and frameworks for continuous optimization of organic traffic will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying consumer search trends and collaborating with the team to create content that captures demand.
  • Localizing content for both .com and app store for ASO.

  • Working with brand marketing teams to ensure SEO success of commercial and brand campaigns and editorial content.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with global and market teams to create synergies, address opportunities, and drive revenue.
  • Utilizing best practice toolsets and frameworks for continuous optimization of organic traffic.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills, comfortable presenting in person and remotely.
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, either in-house or at a leading digital agency.
  • Ability to efficiently work in a cross-functional organization and develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders from digital and non-digital disciplines at all levels.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Keyword Planner, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Searchmetrics.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Omniture.
  • Experience conducting SEO content audits, log file analysis, and SEO localization.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with digital marketing in a brand/eCommerce environment.
