About the position

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our rapidly growing car wash chain, recognized as a leader in the industry with locations nationwide. Since our inception in 2004 in Thomaston, GA, we have been committed to redefining the car wash experience through the latest technology and exceptional service. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operations of the facility, sharing responsibilities with the site manager and leading a team of 10-15 employees. This position is designed for individuals who are driven, self-disciplined, and eager to achieve results that meet and exceed established volume, revenue, and profitability goals. In this role, you will be on the front lines, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to create a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun. You will assist in providing an exceptional guest experience through quality service, while also engaging in limited administrative tasks and equipment checks. Your leadership will be vital in training and developing employees across all positions, ensuring that the facility remains clean and organized, including landscaping and equipment rooms. Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees.

Requirements

  • 2+ years leadership experience required.
  • Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
  • Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
  • Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Restaurant Management Experience is ideal and skill sets are easily transferable.
