About the position

The Assistant Manager at European Wax Center is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a passion for team building and training, as well as the ability to create a positive work environment. The Assistant Manager will assist in achieving sales goals and managing various operational tasks, including scheduling and marketing events.

Responsibilities

• Drive the location to achieve sales goals and create outstanding customer experiences.
• Create a positive work environment for the team.
• Coach and build the team to enhance performance.
• Implement and execute systems and processes consistent with a high-performing franchise.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
• Organize outreach and marketing events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
• 2 years of experience in sales preferred.
• Reliable means of transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience at European Wax Center or other spa-type environments.
• Previous experience with EWC, Massage Envy, Hand & Stone, Amazing Lash, and/or Zenoti Software.
