About the position
The Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) at Domino's Pizza is responsible for overseeing store operations during shifts, managing a team of employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
- Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
- Oversee all store operations including cost control, inventory control, and cash control
- Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude
- Operate the cash register and handle customer payments
- Prepare and deliver products while adhering to recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
Requirements
- Experience leading a team
- Stellar attitude and motivational skills
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Valid driver's license
