The Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) at Domino's Pizza is responsible for overseeing store operations during shifts, managing a team of employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
  • Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
  • Oversee all store operations including cost control, inventory control, and cash control
  • Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer payments
  • Prepare and deliver products while adhering to recipes and portion sizes
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements
