The Assistant Manager at AT&T will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, partnering with the store manager to ensure exceptional customer experiences and meet sales objectives. This position involves managing and developing a team, assisting with merchandising, and leveraging retail knowledge to drive performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to enhance customer experience.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives through effective team management.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store operations.

Requirements

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
