Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and manage work schedules and logistics.
  • Answer email inquiries about tours and provide customer service via phone and email.
  • Organize and create tour schedules.
  • Post on social media to promote tours.
  • Assist the manager with marketing efforts to reach new markets.
  • Conduct 1-2 private tours a week when needed.

Requirements

  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
  • Ability to educate and train staff on operational processes and customer service techniques.
