Responsibilities

• Manage ordering and inventory control
• Analyze and manage P&Ls
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of the store

Requirements

• 1-3 years of leadership experience
• Excellent people skills and ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
• Enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to shift priorities quickly
• Desire to help and mentor others
• Ability to maintain a clean and inviting store
