The Assistant Store Leader position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location. This includes hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers, ensuring food safety, managing ordering and inventory control, handling P&Ls, and maintaining cleanliness and stocking of the store. The role requires great people skills to resolve coworker and customer concerns, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and a desire to help and mentor others. Assistant Store Leaders are typically scheduled for 45 hours during a 5-day work week and receive time and a half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
