About the position
The Assistant Manager will support management responsibilities and ensure the efficiency and quality of all operations within the restaurant. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with management responsibilities in the restaurant.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick and efficient service.
- Maintain quality products and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Create and maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere among employees and customers.
- Operate and maintain knowledge of all restaurant equipment.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of fast food operations and production procedures.
- Ability to master cash control and understand adherence to Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Hospitality guidelines.
- Knowledge of basic principles of sales forecasting and scheduling.
- Experience with cost control, inventory management, and profit and loss statements.
- Personnel administration skills.
Nice-to-haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
