About the position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to oversee store operations and lead a team of employees. This full-time position involves managing various aspects of the store during shifts, including customer service, inventory control, and staff management. The role is designed for individuals who are natural leaders and can maintain a positive work environment while ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
• Responsible for all store operations
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

• Experience leading a team
• Stellar attitude and motivational skills
• Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
