About the position
Kura Sushi is seeking Assistant Managers who are passionate about food, culture, and providing a unique dining experience. The role involves ensuring guests receive the freshest and tastiest food while maintaining a positive dining atmosphere. Assistant Managers will undergo paid training at an out-of-state location for 12-16 weeks before starting at the McKinney location. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests are provided with the freshest, tastiest food and a positive dining experience.
- Work hands-on alongside employees as an effective and efficient leader.
- Organize and manage time effectively to meet operational needs.
- Analyze daily operational and guest service needs.
- Develop and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate as a team player and go above and beyond in service.
- Be flexible and available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Experience in a leadership role in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
