About the position

The Assistant Manager at Dunkin' is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing financial performance, and fostering a positive working environment. This role involves directing a team, driving sales, and upholding the company's standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operation of the restaurant.
• Hire and oversee a team of employees to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company's business plan.
• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among Team Members.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner when dealing with customers and Team Members.
• Act as a role model for other Team Members by adhering to all state and Federal labor and health laws.
• Work with integrity, honesty, and accountability in all situations.

Requirements

• Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required.
• Top-notch customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
• Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills.
• Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must submit to a background check.
