About the position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. This role ensures compliance with company standards across various operational areas, including product preparation, customer relations, and team management, while also focusing on financial accountability and quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation.
• Manage product preparation and delivery processes.
• Oversee customer relations and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain and repair restaurant facilities as needed.
• Manage inventory and control costs.
• Recruit and retain team members effectively.
• Ensure financial accountability and reporting.
• Deliver the highest quality products and services to customers.

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle financial accountability and reporting.
