• Administer disciplinary actions and develop team members.
• Execute Del Taco standards and maintain facility and equipment.
• Deliver quality products and ensure a consistent service experience.
• Assist in identifying and communicating sales goals and strategies.
• Increase customer count and maximize customer value.
• Manage inventory to reduce waste and prevent theft.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and cash handling procedures.
