About the position

The Assistant Manager at SONIC Drive-In is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality food service, and creating a positive guest experience. This role involves managing staff, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations of the restaurant.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
