About the position

The Assistant Manager at Massage Envy Nashua is responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and promote wellness programs. Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships and promoting retail sales.
• Guide the team and oversee inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and company protocols.
• Resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Empower team members through training and performance reviews.
• Develop positive relationships with employees, members, and guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Collaborate with upper management and execute brand protocols.

Requirements

• Management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.
• Ability to build relationships and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills for having tough conversations professionally.
• Experience in creating a positive workplace culture.

Nice-to-haves

• Massage industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
