Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Ensure food safety standards are met
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Analyze and manage P&Ls
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Requirements
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
- Excellent people skills to resolve coworker and customer concerns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
