The Assistant Manager at OneMain plays a crucial role in supporting Branch Managers to create an exceptional customer experience. This position involves leading and training branch staff, providing personal loan solutions, and managing the loan life cycle. It serves as a developmental opportunity for future leadership roles within the branch network, focusing on sales, collections, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Managers in creating a work environment that fosters exceptional customer experience.
• Deliver results related to individual and branch sales and collections goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
• Present financial solutions based on customer needs and goals.
• Educate customers on loan terms and conditions for clear understanding.
• Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools effectively.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including closing and collections activities.
• Assist in training and coaching Branch Team Members and provide interim leadership in Branch Manager absences.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• Proven experience in achieving established business goals and objectives
• Experience in financial services leadership
• Current insurance licensure in state

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
• Bilingual: Spanish
