• Assist in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• Manage daily cash procedures and assist with financial reporting.
• Order supplies and maintain overall building cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and employment standards.
• Resolve guest complaints and enhance guest experience.
• Assist in running company-wide incentive programs.
• Manage team member scheduling for adequate coverage.
• Support the Restaurant Manager and present a unified front to team members.

Requirements

• Mid-level assistant manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong people management skills and experience in team development.
• Ability to provide performance feedback and conduct reviews.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting in a restaurant context.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance.
