Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team by example and maintain high energy and high standards.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and food.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of business operations and customer service principles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with training and developing team members.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
