The Assistant Manager at Dunkin' is responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining brand standards. This role involves supporting the training of crew members, resolving guest issues, and driving sales goals while fostering a respectful and motivated team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience strongly preferred.
• Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required.
• Top-notch customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
