About the position

The Assistant Manager position at Domino's Pizza is designed for individuals who are natural leaders and are ready to take on the responsibilities of managing a team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. As a Manager-in-Training, you will be responsible for various aspects of the business, including cost control, inventory management, and staff scheduling, while also performing customer service duties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
  • Handle food and product ordering
  • Create staff schedules
  • Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
  • Responsible for all store operations
  • Greet customers and take orders with a smile
  • Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers
  • Make fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
  • Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
