About the position
The Assistant Manager position at Domino's Pizza is designed for individuals who are natural leaders and are ready to take on the responsibilities of managing a team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. As a Manager-in-Training, you will be responsible for various aspects of the business, including cost control, inventory management, and staff scheduling, while also performing customer service duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
- Handle food and product ordering
- Create staff schedules
- Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
- Responsible for all store operations
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile
- Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers
- Make fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
- Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
