About the position
The Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions plays a crucial role in the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving productivity goals. This position involves coaching and motivating a team of stylists while ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store.
- Build brand loyalty by providing an omni-channel experience to customers.
- Support the Store Manager in finding and retaining talent.
- Organize and plan daily operations to execute store tasks effectively.
- Supervise and conduct training with the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store in compliance with visual guidelines.
- Promote Windsor values and culture in daily activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
- Effective communication skills in both group settings and one-on-one interactions.
- Ability to resolve issues quickly as they arise with customers and associates.
- Flexible and reliable schedule, including availability for opening and closing the store.
