About The Position

As the Restaurant Assistant Manager at AES Restaurant Group, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team to create a positive guest experience. Your responsibilities will include setting the tone for the team, upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, and ensuring that your crew can rely on your leadership. You will work closely with the General Manager to achieve high performance in various areas, including operations, profit and loss, guest satisfaction, and customer service. This position offers both full-time and part-time shifts, making it suitable for a range of candidates looking to advance their careers in the restaurant industry.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching

• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
