About the position

The Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions plays a crucial role in the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in achieving productivity goals related to sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. This position involves coaching and motivating a team of stylists while ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store.
  • Build brand loyalty by providing an omni-channel experience to customers.
  • Support the Store Manager in finding and retaining talent.
  • Organize and plan daily operations to create an inviting store environment.
  • Supervise and conduct training with the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store in compliance with visual guidelines.
  • Promote and embody Windsor values in daily operations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
  • Effective communication skills in both group settings and one-on-one interactions.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly as they arise with customers and associates.
  • Flexible and reliable schedule, including availability for opening and closing the store.
